It's funny when you read reviews...

It's funny when you read reviews of a club and then later visit a club, because I find that the reviews on this site are generally spot-on. This place is no exception.

The club is in a small freestanding building that is just off the main road that runs through the town. It's very easy to drive right by. The club itself looks pretty dated outside and is well-worn inside. And, as noted in prior reviews, they do have the most uncomfortable chairs you'll find anywhere. Also, for those not from Indiana, it's worth noting that a lot of patrons smoke in this club, so you'll definitely smell strongly of smoke by the time you leave. There is a single relatively large stage at the center of the club, with one dancer at a time (at least during the afternoon). It is worth noting that this is a topless club, not a nude club. There is no DJ -- songs are played from a jukebox -- but somehow many songs seem to be truncated anyway, which can be annoying, since there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. As also noted in prior reviews, for drinks you get either Bud or Bud Light. But the bartenders at this club are extremely nice and do not pressure at all.

The dancers here are relatively attractive, I'd say about 7/10 on average, with the worst 4/10 and the best a strong 9/10. Overall, I was quite pleased with the quality of the dancers, and there were definitely a number worth a lap dance. The main attraction here of course is the lap dances, which at $10 are quite a bargain. Most dancers are quite hands on, so for that price you get a good 2-way lap dance, which is undoubtedly a fantastic value. Lap dances are done in an open area on one side of the main room, so there is really no privacy except that its a little darker over there. Dances are done in the same uncomfortable chairs you sit in everywhere else in the club, which does detract a little from the dances. As noted in previous reviews, the dancers can be difficult to access, as many are sitting with regulars; when they are called on stage, they get up, dance, and sit back down with the regulars. It doesn't seem to me like they are maximizing their returns, so to speak, but maybe they know something I don't.
