Caught a cab to here after...

Caught a cab to here after a false start at Christie's downtown. Though not a life-changing experience it was certainly more entertaining. The location isn't convenient, but there are several other clubs nearby. Paid my $10 bucks and went in. First impressions are this is a nicely-lit place with a great looking bar. Not much customer company and only 8-10 dancers I could see, but it was not dead. Sat down at the bar next to a couple hotties. Maria, I think, was the first. Don't remember the other or the third that came up almost immediately on my right. All were in the 7-8 range, but weren't pretentious at all. OK, second impressions are the hustle. Between the hovering, stripper-sh!t chit-chat and the constant buy-me-a-drink mantra, it's enough to turn you off. But after the first bust downtown, I decided to charge on. After resigning myself to buying 2-3 drinks total and telling them that was my limit, it morphed into a fairly entertaining evening. You learn quite a bit about each dancer and the differences between them with just a few minutes at the bar. You just have to make sure you're not there to single-handedly complete their drink quota. I only went to the stage 3 times and got 2 dances from girl number three, but had a great time. I spent most of the time before I left chatting up Precious, a happy, bubbly african-american, talking baseball and BBQ. Music was great current stuff too. It picked up by the time I left about 11:30. I'd like to see what this place could do after midnight without the Ohio ordinances. After spending 90 minutes there it was clear that the bar is where the connections are made. I knocked off a value point for the drink hustle. Otherwise it was an enjoyable end to a Saturday evening.
