It has been a little while since I have been to Miss Kitty's. A while back I heard they were considering a more private VIP, but nothing has materialized. My visit, like previous ones, found a few girls in the desireable range and two in the very desirable. (Recognize there are a few that are not so desireable) just avoid them. At MK the key to a good time is not to have any concerns about being in the open. Dances on stage are great. Chairs without arms accomodate a great time, but you are out in the open. The private dance area is stalls divided by small walls. In the private area you can see in to the "public" area and into other private areas. As long as you can live with that, this is a great value for the $.
