Had to try Arnies after reading all of the reviews. It is as advertised - a bar in a tough neighborhood - largely african american - one or two caucasians. Beers were $3.50 - there was no cover - I saw the parking lot troll on my way out trying to collect a fee for parking - I ignored him and went to my car.

Private dances are $20 - other services are negotiable but pretty reasonable - girls get down to business quick. They have to tip the bouncer $10 - or so I was told - for him to "look the other way". I would not go there at night - I even felt uncomfortable during daylight hours.
