Took a trip to the famous Magic City after a long hiatus The spot was fairly empty: about 5 customers and as many dancers, all black and ranging from 4 to 6. I hadn't been there since the remodeling. There's no cover charge for day shift, but you have to feed the parking meter $2 for your parking spot. Once inside the club There is now one main stage and an open VIP area. From the looks of it, you don't get much privacy for your dances.

Apparently this is a slow club during the day shift. Around 5:30 PM the dancers were just getting on stage. I was told that the dancers don't really come on stage until later as the day shift doesn't get crowded until customers leave work.

I chilled for an hour, sipped some brew, had 4 dances at $10 apiece and went home. The dances were nothing to write home about. On my way out I noticed a car with tire locks in the parking lot. There is a parking attendant that checks every 15 minutes to make sure all parked cars have paid the meter. If you do go to Magic City during the day shift make sure you pay the $2 parking meter or your car will get booted.
