Got there about a half hour...

Got there about a half hour before shift change at 8 PM. Mostly WOC on the early shift - one particularly attractive caucasian female as well. The evening shift had several holdovers from the day shift - as well as some BBWs.

No cover - beers were cold and cheap - lap dances were $25 and were kind of in the front of the place - separated from the rest by a half wall. The dancers were aggressive in marketing their skills - but the lap dance area seemed to be only a prelude to their OTC offers. Every single one offered OTC - and I wasn't even looking for it.
