I used to visit the Foxy...

I used to visit the Foxy Lady in Providence fairly frequently, but before last weekend, I had never been to this sister club. Being in the neighborhood last Saturday afternoon, I thought I'd change that. The club itself is much as expected – a mid-sized, upmarket club, that is clearly trying to be a step above the average rest - and It pretty much accomplished that.

On a Saturday afternoon, the place was empty - I was one of about a dozen customers, which meant the place had a deserted feeling to it. There was a $5 cover to get in – which isn't too bad, but given that the club was pretty lifeless at this time of day, seemed a little rich. The drinks cost a little more than a regular bar, but are not too overpriced – although it took a while to get any service. And then there are the girls. As expected, the girls are at the upper end of the scale – solid 7s and above. There didn't seem to be many working in the afternoon – perhaps five or six, but they were all nice pretty girls. From what I could tell, the girls were just doing their stage routines (which really weren't much to talk about, to be honest), and then going to sit back with customers and/or their friends. They certainly weren't working the club, and no one approached me to see if I wanted a dance. So they were nice eye-candy, but no one seemed interested in private dances. The girls were hot, so this was a bit of a shame – but maybe it means I'll have to head back one evening when there is a bit more life to the club.

Overall, this club is pretty much as expected. This is a more upscale club, and if that is your thing, it is probably worth checking out. But avoid the day-shift – as the club will just be dead.
