Awful. Stopped by after running...

Awful. Stopped by after running some errands and had never been to the place. Really shady looking from the outside but decided to give it a shot since not many places were open yet. You have to ring a door bell to get let in and there are police signs (i.e. stating undercover operations are not allowed, etc.) all over the place. Girl that answered wasn't half bad, definitely better than I expected but no higher than a 4 (if that). She takes me to a private room, $40 off the bat. She comes in and says the more I tip the more "exotic" it can get. I shell out another $60 thinking it might be worth it, boy was I wrong. All that got me was her top off (no touching) and she told me to take my pants off and squirted some lube in my hands so I could jerk off. Huge waste of time.
