Looks like this place is in full swing and one of the only places left with $5 lap dances (all black dancers). It was crowded when I got here at 6pm and stayed that way til I left at 9pm. Some new faces along with some regulars. The place has new cushion for the benches whic was definitely needed and the air conditioner was working which made the lapping more enjoyable as this is tight club with people packed liked sardines in the rear and when its hot with no AC its tought to enjoy yourself. Cheaps til cheap; cover still $5 and Lucky still running one of longest and consistent spots in Philly.
