Newly converted from an old bar...
Newly converted from an old bar to a strip club.
Visited this place late one afternoon. The old brick walls, the old wooden pillars, low ceiling, made it look and feel like one of my favorite Eastern Bars. They just changed from a traditional bar to what Utah calls a strip club: No touching, three foot distance from all dancers on stage, but pasties and panties are required. The women make their money from tips while on stage, but there is no lap or air dancing at all. Even with that Utah law, these places are rather popular here. I guess people don't want to have to drive all the way to Vegas for some skin. And the massage parlors apparently fill that void, as they are governed by a different set of Utah laws.
This place is right in the middle of the best bars, restuarants, and clubs in Salt Lake City, right across the street from the monstrous Salt Palace Convention Center. Believe it or not, it is only 1/4 mile from the Mormon Temple. Can't imagine how that happened, but the word is that Salt Lake City is now 70% NON Mormon. Utah is not that heavily non Mormon, but the city is. I am going to go in at night before I give a ranking of the women in this place. It was almost vacant in the middle of the day, as it is newly converted from a traditional bar.
