I was recently in Williamsport for a wedding and decided to take the groom out to Club Fred which was the closest club. We got there after 10pm so we had a $10 cover charge but it was worth is overall. The girls were surprisingly cute for being in PA cow country. We got the groom a private dance but other than that, we just sat around the main dance stage and tipped. This is a BYOB place so don't forget to bring some beers! Overall, I would go back if I ever found myself in the area.
