Other reviews that describe this as a local's club are correct. I live in Vegas and this is my fav club. The Library sells lifetime memberships so I never pay cover. They also offer frequent drink specials. The girls are a mixed bag in terms of appearance and the mileage of their dances, but if you watch what is going on you can usually find the right girl for you. Bartenders, security, and waitresses are all very friendly.
