I made a recent trip to The Pony on a Monday afternoon. The depression has clearly hit as the owner was actually manning the door. He introduced himself and offered up all the specials. This was a most refreshing change in attitude from previous door staff.

The $5 daytime cover is now waived; it's free to get in. Additionally, the 2for1 drink specials remain along with a very cheap draft beer deal (I want to say $2 but I don't drink draft so I didn't pay real close attention).

Unfortunately the girl quality hasn't improved too much though it's likely that since it was Monday many of the girls were off. I was bored and finally negotiated a 2for1 private from an average blonde with a decent rack and bad teeth. She was a bit more hands-on than most girls but no finishline was crossed.
