Back to COI on a Friday....

Back to COI on a Friday. Was a bit disappointed this time. We have to pay $10 dollars for drinks but I can never get a waitress to get me. I usually end up flagging someone down or going to the bar myself. The waitress behind the bar seemed upset that I wanted her to get me sometime. I usually drop a small tip but this time I didn't. Had some girls come up and sit with me for awhile, which was nice, but then I couldn't keep the waitress away. Overall okay but for some reason that left a bad taste in my mouth. Next time I guess.
