Stopped in around 1100PM and started...

Stopped in around 1100PM and started to get a strange vibe at the door. The guy checking IDs and taking the cover ($5) was friendly enough, but I suddenly had the impression I was walking into a neighborhood bar with some scantily-clad women instead of a strip club: all the tables and places at the bar were taken; no one on the stage, all the girls chatting up what I assumed to be regulars or boyfriends. Got a beer at the bar, a process that took about 10 minutes since the rather cute bartender seemed to be more interested in her friends than me standing there. Sat down at the narrow stage along the left side wall, and was pretty much ignored. Finally, they rolled out a few dancers, apparently just for me, since there was absolutely no one else at the stage, despite every other seat in the house being full, and everyone else was ignoring the fact that there was a naked woman strutting around on stage. And the 3 women I stayed to watch should probably be ignored. Fives at best. And more "walking" than "dancing". Gave up some ones, finished my beer, and then decided it was definitely time to leave. Very strange. I guess this place caters to an entirely local crowd. At least the cover and price of beer are reasonable.
