It's been a year since I've visited the LV strip clubs, mostly because of the negative publicity about LE (Law Enforcement) busts, etc. This time I needed to get away, so I tried Cheetah's and Olympic Garden, the only clubs that are worth anything in Vegas. I came to Cheetah's at about 4:30 in the afternoon last Tuesday. It was pretty dead and the choice of women was abysmal. So I went over to Olympic Garden, where conditions were about the same. I returned to Cheetah's around shift change time, between 7:30 and 8:00. I found out that I just needed to be patient. Gradually I got dances from several girls that I had not noticed before or who just came on the scene. What followed was one of the best times I have had in any strip club anywhere. Cheetah's must be an equal opportunity employer. That is, almost anyone is fair game to be hired. A lot of these women look like they got lost on their way to their Weight Watchers meeting. The day shift is notoriously bad in this regard. Anyway, at Cheetah's, if you are patient and if you pick and choose carefully, you will be rewarded. This is what happened to me. I found some great lookers (8's and 9's) who were also great dancers. They just knew what they were doing. They were experienced enough to be graceful and not been around that long to be jaded and hard. In other words, very eager to please, very eager to do what it takes to earn the money they want. Many come in from places like Denver, Phoenix, Monterey, Kansas City. Really nice and really good. There is just a handful of these dancers. And you have to wait for them, but when you find them, it is well worth it. This time I think there were more that just a handful. It was a great evening. I think that ratings for Cheetah's vary, based on the times that a customer might come into the club. I have been there over the years, and I have been sorely disappointed. On the other hand there have been visits that were the best ever. This was one of those trips. I believe the secret is to be patient. The next afternoon I returned after 2:00. It was pretty bad again. But then I found this blonde, who wore glasses and had her hair fixed like she was Madam Librarian. When she started dancing and got close up, I quickly realized that this was a legitimate, certified 10. And the dances were outstanding. It was an extemely satisfying culmination to a good trip overall. So even on a seemingly desolate afternoon at Cheetah's there exists the possibility of finding a golden moment. It's on that basis that I give it a 10. On any given day it can be the best club in the country or one of the worst. I just hit the right days.
