A classic case of Buyer Beware! Given all the violence in Tijuana, I recommend walking across the border and immediately taking a cab to Adelita's. It is about a 5 minute, $5 cab ride and seems to be the safest way to get there. You do not want to be roaming the streets. As for the bar, Adelitas hasn't changed a whole lot. Like others have said, it is strictly a brothel with numerous beauties hustling their wares. The bar wasn't very crowded on the afternoon of my visit. Definitely a buyer's market. Not sure that discounted deals can be had but certainly you can have your pick of the litter if that is your ultimate objective. Be careful!!
