This club recently went all nude. Just this location; the ones in Anaheim and Fullerton are still topless. This was my first visit to this club. I wanted to check it out to see how it stacked up to my other OC all nude haunts. I was pleasantly surprised, and will go back.
Some basics: The well lit parking area is behind the club, and requires a lengthy walk around the building to get to the entrance on N. Harbor Blvd. Entry, in evening, is $10. (Don't know day rate) First (non alcoholic, of course) drink is $6; refills are $3. They have O'Doul's on tap. All definitly pluses. They don't have an annoying server coming by to hustle lady's drinks, as is the practice at one of my favorites; another plus. As a matter of fact, I had to go up to bar to get my drinks, since no server appeared. It was very slow at the time; later, when there were a few more customers, the bar tender did come around.
The stage is kind of an odd "T" shape, and has two levels. Dancers are required to stay on the center, (higher) level which has two poles, once they take off their tops.
The entire rear wall of the club is a mirror wall, making the club appear much larger than it really is. There are upholstered, moveable chairs all around stage. Stage lighting is good. All the rest of the seating, except for 1 short bench type seat, is in similar chairs grouped in pairs, or threes, around mini tables.
Inquiring as to the cost of lds, I was told $20 for first; $15 for additional. I said that that was high, based on what I pay at other OC clubs. The first dancer I talked to, Honey, said that they sometimes have "3 for $30" specials. I said that that was more like it, and that I would wait for a special to be announced. She said that she would go see the DJ to try to arrange, and came back shortly, telling me the DJ would run the special for next song, which he did. It was interesting that the second dancer I mentioned this to said "no problem", took me by the hand, told the bartender that she was doing a 3 for 30 special, got her ticket, told the DJ, whose booth is inside the ld area the same thing, and we went ahead. The customer pays for the dance(s) up front at the bar; the dancer gets her cut, and a ticket, right there. I don't know what the procedure is if you go for the standard $20 first dance, and then want additional ones. I asked one dancer, while we were in the ld area, how much additional dances would be if I wanted to continue after the first 3. She said $15. I told her that I would pass.
