Recently hit Ricks. I had the 3-4-$100 special form the best looking girl in the place that evening, but while she rubbed and had very nice ta-tas (and was a nice girl), not much else happened. There were 4-5 guys getting dance around me, and all (well perhaps all but one - and I doubt it) were getting any mileage whatsoever. Looks like the good ole days are gone. Based on other reviews looks like more is happening over at the Sands. Or better yet if your in Portland area visit Jiggles.
