I recently visited San Fran, and spent some time in the Gold club. The dancers overall were friendly, and definitely a nice range of looks. My friends took up some of the dancers for the 2 for $60 in the more private dance area, but were a little dissappointed in the mileage. On the other hand, my other friend had a very fun table dance. We ended up spending 2 hours at the club - and we had a good time in general. But definitely things are different than in other parts of the country - most obviously that dances were relatively expensive.

Overall - I would recommend this place for friends visiting San Fran since the other options are in the same league or not quite as good (at least - that is what it seemed like).
