Visited late on a Tuesday night. As other reviewers have noted, in NoVA (Northern Virginia)Paper Moon is the only option for a true strip club experience.

Cover is $12, but I understand it includes some kind of a buffet. It was late so I didn't check it out. If the food is decent that could up the value rating. Drinks were in the $7-$10 range, more for dancer's drinks.

Lap Dances are available in a back room, but even at the 2-for-1 rate were two pricey for my taste. I stuck with the $20 2-for-1 table dances and was pleasantly surprised at the level of contact provided. The dance specials were offered quite frequently, basically just enough time to to share a drink and have some conversation with your dancer between specials.
