Here's a visitor's perspective: I'll come back next time in town. The deal is grindage. None of the girls wanted hands on their boobs; they weren't upset by the attempt, they gently let it be known that they were off limits. I didn't try other erogenous zones. The grinding is very good. With the right girl a guy could get very happy. I have been to several other Phoenix clubs in the past, and none had grinding (and stick shifting) anywhere near as nice as Hiliter.

Girls were mostly very hot, mostly very surgically enhanced. Plenty of girls, and surprisingly many customers at 4:00 pm on a weekday afternoon. It must get very, very crowded at prime time. Girls were very friendly; I didn't run in any bad attitudes.

At $10 a dance, value is VERY high. I didn't see anyone using the VIP area.
