This used to be one of my favorite places when I stopped in Tampa for business. But I have seen a slow trend that has not let up. This place will nickel and dime you from the moment you walk in the door. There are some nice ladies here that are worth the money for their time, but it's not all of them like it used to be. I actually paid $10 for admission to the private area, $7 for a dancer drink, and $60 for 3 songs. All I got was AIR and the girl brushed up against me every once in a while.

I got another dance from another girl, a nice little blonde with a teardrop ass. She was intent on making me walk out of there with a smile on my face and a wet spot in my pants. She succeeded. I paid for three and after the third she went nuts on me until I was happy and did not want any more dough. I think she really likes to get guys off.

But even with the latter dancer I was put off by the changes in the place since it was just the Ybor Strip. I think the Mons is a much better value with hotter chicks. The only plus at Scarlett's is privacy, but it's not worth the asking price.
