I've been to Platinum maybe 6...

I've been to Platinum maybe 6 times, and it tends to be pretty hit-or-miss. I've had some amazing lap dances and some very sad ones, sometimes on the same night. The atmosphere is fine, but a little darker and a little louder than I'd like. One main stage, two satellites. There's generally a pretty good variety of girls as far as age, weight, ethnicity goes. When I went last night, though, the proportion of heavy girls was a little higher than usual and the club was pretty dull on the whole.

I definitely recommend the place overall, but you've gotta be there on the right night. I haven't really figured out how to predict those just yet. If you go once and it doesn't go well, don't give up. Price is very reasonable. And there's always the option of driving a mile down the road to Heartbreakers (same ownership). The dancers there are nicer and mostly younger, but knockouts are rare there.
