Went to Paper Moon to check...

Went to Paper Moon to check it out, as it is the only lapdance near DC. Place has a nice layout, and very friendly bar staff and drink girls--problem is the dancers were the opposite of friendly. They just hung out amongst each other by the bar and didn't seem to want to be bothered. The lap dance was excellent (the girls were a mixed bag of 5s-9s) but the cost--$100 for two topless songs, wasn't such a great value.
