Penns Port is an extremely small neighborhood sort of bar not so much a strip club. Visited with 2 friends over the weekend and you do get to watch girls (only 3 work unusual but there are no lap dances). Whole point of this bar is to drink a beer and watch the girls who will show you their pussy as part of dancing on top of the bar. Girls were fairly attractive not much else can say.

I compare this bar to some very small strip bars in Jersey such as G-Spot. No lap dances really does make a difference.
