There were 16 dancers doing 2 song sets on 4 stages on Friday night. I've noticed an overall decrease in the quality of dancers and their routines in the last 6 months or so. There are still some amazing looking girls, but often not a lot of energy, like they really don't want to be there. In the past Stars girls were almost all slender glamour girls with few if any tattoos and some awesome dance energy. Now there are a few suicide girls and some dancers that are way past prime. I also noticed a couple of former Stars dancers are now working at Sassys Bar, where all the girls are generally really enthusiastic and having fun. On the positive, though, a visit to Stars almost any time is a guarantee of seeing at least a couple real stunners, and they did turn the music down from previous bomb blast levels. Oh, and smoke free is fabulous.
