Well, I finally took the plunge...

Well, I finally took the plunge when i had the opportunity to be in San Diego on business, and few hours to kill on a friday afternoon. Thanks for all the info here on the board -- it helped to get ready to get there with no hassle. Rental car at airport -- parked at the border in about twenty minutes. A short five minute walk through the gate, and there were at least ten cab drivers waiting right there for a fare. $5 and five minutes later, I'm walking in the curtain and the front door. On this afternoon, there are at least 50 girls, and probably only 20-25 guys. All types of ladies from young to middle-aged, spinners to fullbodied to playmate types. Spend some time walking around and checking them out, and don't feel pressured at all by the first or three who approach you. I waited about thirty minutes until I saw a gorgeous woman -- perfect body, model face, mid-20's come into the bar. I approached and she was ver nice, spoke some english, and was not from mexicom but rather Colombia. I went upstairs with her (60 - 11 for the room), and she was an absolute doll in the motel room. Her name was Elena, and she was absolutely a 10! When I was ready to leave later, a cab was waiting right in front of the bar, and five minutes later I'm on line to cross back to the states. A fifteen minute wait, and I was back in California. So -- was it worrisome with all the drug violence? Not in the daylight, and not with cabs going right to the club. where there soldiers with automatic weapons? Damn right -- but they actually made me feel more at ease knowing they were there. Would I do it again? Absolutely!
