I have been to many strip clubs in the Tampa Bay area, including Mons Venus, Odyssey, etc., and Scarlett's at Ybor Strip was by far the best. For one, the dancers were extremely friendly, and the club was not overly crowded, so there was a lot of attention to go around for the three or four guys who were there when I arrived. As soon as I sat down, a cute girl in a schoolgirl type outfit came and sat on my lap. Rumor has it some of the girls offer "happy endings" to those who get private dances. Although some of the girls were clearly trying to get me to pay for a private dance, some other girls seemed to sit with me for the conversation alone. Overall, there was a wide selection of girls and a great ratio of dancers to club visitors. The only drawback, of course, is that there is no alcohol, but it is not as if I were there for the alcohol in the first place, and I can always bring my flask if necessary. On one occasion, when I was dissatisfied with a private dance, the manager offered me another one on the house, with a dancer of my choice! The variety of girls is also quite impressive. This little gem of a club is a true rarity, and I will be sure to return on my next stop in Tampa.
