In my opinion, the best in Minneapolis. Go during the day, girls are friendlier, mileage much higher. No alcohol, but nice environment for reasonable price. VIP Room upstairs probably not worth the $300 cost, but if you've got the dough, hey... Look for Mina, Paradise, or Zara.
