I frequent this club regularly and I must say it's one of the best I've ever been to. However, your experience here can vary depending on the night you go. I wouldn't advise going during the day by any means due to the lack of quality dancers. Prime time to go would be Thurs - Fri nights because this is when most of the better looking females are in attendance. What really makes Norma's stand out is the fact that it's very hands on, whether you're getting a lap dance or just tipping. The prices are pretty reasonable, $25 for a lap dance, but you can pretty much sample the different dancer with $1 tips. There are 4-5 dancers here who are absolute 8-10. Definitely best venue on "the block".

The only downside is that the more unattractive dancers can be annoying when coming around asking for tips.
