Prior reviews are mostly accurate; dancers are in general a bit older and less attractive than at most clubs. My 7 rating counts friendliness and playfulness with appearance; on looks alone I'd say 5.

10 and 20 dollar drinks and conversation with a dancer are fairly standard stuff, but I had surprisingly interesting conversation with Ryan. If you really are looking for someone to talk to, you could do worse than stopping in the KC.

Private dances in a small back room are $20 each, in advance, to the bartender, who will then summon the dancer of your choice. Pay attention to names when they are dancing so you can get who you intend to get. I found the need to decide how many dances I wanted before starting annoying, but acceptable. $10-$20 tip per dance is expected over and above the fee to the bartender.
