The dj's (as what seems like club policy) crank the music very high, very, very, very high. And it's all heavy hard hitting dance club music with nauseating base. I hated the music but the young crowd loved it. I could have stood it better if not for the based turned up to 12 on the volume dial.
And the place is filled with smoke. They allow smoking. Man that sucks. You will find that when you leave, you'll be drenched in smoke. You'll smell it in your hair and shirt. It's odd to have to endure that hardship all for a good lap dance.
I would say 98% of the crowd was young kids playing "look at me: I'm urban cool". Guys are attending to feel good about spend all their money on the latest urban kid fashions. They must attend every other week because one week they spend all their paycheck on sneakers and shirt ten times to big for them, then the next week the put their paycheck on the bar to look and act like a high roller just like they saw it played in the rap video. The also attracts these young urban girls as customers. Nothing major in numbers but more then any other club I've seen. Maybe this is just more common "these days" and on a Friday in Queens as opposed to other locations.
