What the hell is this 2/40...

What the hell is this 2/40 business?? I know I havn't visited in about 6 weeks but prices have gone up! I did luck out with a new (to me) dancer - young, small, perky brunette - her name is gone but I will look her up next time (10/100) was our deal. A lot of dancers and very few patrons today and yet the high prices with the one aforementioned dancer.
