In Vegas for a few days...

In Vegas for a few days and stayed Downtown for the first time. I was walking around checking out the Fremont Street experience and just happened to wander into GG. It was before 8 pm, so no cover charge but was required to buy 2 expensive (but rather strong) drinks once inside.

Overall, it had a fairly laid-back vibe, but I was approached relatively quickly by 2 larger gals, one Latino and one of Eastern European descent, who were selling the 2-fer pretty aggressively. I told them I wasn't interested since I'd rather have a quality solo dance. Even with this clear direction, they didn't give up easily, and their schtick became pretty annoying after awhile.

Instead of hanging out to checking what else was available, I decided to stay just long enough to finish my drinks and bolted as soon as possible.
