Made the run down to Dayton last month after not making it back to the club for a few years. Diamonds was always known for having the prettiest girls, but at a price...and I can report the place really hasn't changed that much. Probably 18-20 girls working late on a weeknight, most 7-8 with a couple 9s. Dances are nude, and take place upstairs on overstuffed chairs in an open room. By Ohio law they are all air, if you're really lucky you might get to graze a leg. As noted it is BYOB with a service fee, and you'll need to take a polygraph to get in the place. Probably still the best option in the region.
