Things seem to be on a downhill slide for Flamingos. They have gotten more strict about enforcing the rules and hired a lot more marginal dancers. The music is always painfully loud and the smoking is getting bad (for a non-smoker). A number of their top girls have moved down the road to 'The Harem' including my favorite. I have only ever really visited this place because specific girls worked there. There are better clubs for a night out with no specific girl in mind.
