This place is OK, some report great ladies her, I have not found them. But the news is that September 1 is the day that IPR will close. A friend sent this to me and I place it here for your information.

" Thank you for your email. I am pleased to have the opportunity to be of service. The City was the subject of a federal lawsuit brought by the owners of "Showgirls." As a result of that lawsuit, the City entered into a federal "Consent Decree" with Showgirls under the authority and direction of a Federal District Judge. Under the terms of this Consent Decree, Showgirls is required to vacate their current location by September 1, 2009. Moreover, the United States Federal District Judge determined that the City of Pico Rivera 's "General Plan" Un-Constitutionally discriminated against adult-oriented businesses, thus compelling the City to amend its Zoning Ordinance to create a larger zone in which adult-oriented businesses may operate. An amendment to the General Plan will be brought to the City Council, probably in February, with a larger zone area in which an adult business may locate. This proposal will be subject to extensive public review and opportunity for comment. The proposed new zone, while larger, will restrict adult businesses to commercial areas that are remote from sensitive uses, such as churches, schools, etc.
