Went on a Thursday afternoon in July, around 1:30 pm. For NYC, I think Flashdancers is a good place to relax and enjoy the view. The girls are very pretty, and very comfortable with each other and the clientele. If you park yourself near the bar, you'll likely be able to get some nice conversation before being asked if you want a dance. Sitting near the stage was a little uncomfortable -- most guys were not watching the stage dancing, so I got a lot of eye contact from gals I didn't particularly want to spend time with. Finally, did get two lap dances: one from a young American hunny, and another from a Russian girl. Don't remember either name. Both dances were high on erotic factor, with soft moans, light lips brushing, hair in face and slow slides but not serious grinding. If grinding is your flavor, there are other clubs in NY that might be better mileage.
