This was my first trip to Mario's. As soon as you enter the stage is to your left, and bar on the right. The couches/tables were fairly far set back, enough so where it felt like they were in another room so it was hard to view. Private Dances are in back with a number of booth areas semi-partitioned off, and a couple of couches open in front. As mentioned by all below, there is a wrist band fee of $7 for private dances plus $20 per dance. Be fair warned, the bracelet makes you a constant target for being hit up for dances.
The girls advertise that Mario's is a liberal club, with 2way contact. With the right one nothing was held back from contact, and there was plenty of stick-shifting. Everyone seems cool with the services. Dancers ranged from 4 to 8 in appearance, with a 9 sprinkeled in. I got most of my dances from the younger, hotter dancers, but there are pleanty of older "big girls" as well. The night started off slow (I got there around 8), but picked up through the night, but it seemed like the crowed wasn't in a buying mood. Mario's is like the way the Providence clubs used to be before they got dominated by the Cheaters type atmosphere. I seriously doubt that "extra's" are offered, but it could be that I was a first timer.
Overall, probably the best club in MA, too bad its in the middle of nowhere...
