Had a couple of free hours...

Had a couple of free hours last Saturday so decided to stop by here about 11:30 PM - it was near my hotel and they have a free admission pass on their website (good to end of July, but figured in August it'll change).

Anyway, there were about 10 dancers on, mostly 7-9 (no really bad ones). Two stopped by to sit with me, neither thrilled me, second one was my type but seemed to have zero personality - just sat without trying to make small talk and never a "do you want a dance". When the waitress came by, she even bought her own drink! About 15 minutes later she went on stage. Boy, was she talented and active! Wish I knew that a little earlier, I'd have sprung for a dance or two. Sorry, can't remember her name, but she seemed barely 18 years old and was spinner-like.

As far as the private dance "areas", they have these strange little carpeted, portable booths - with a "roof"!! You pay $5 to the house for your first dance, $20 for the dance itself. The $5 gets you a wristband so you don't pay it again.
