Pretty decent club. It's clean, three stages (one VIP only). The cover is $15, but if you are planning ahead you can usually find an online coupon for free entry. The coupon is from Deja Vu, and says it's only good before 9pm but lists Baltimore as one of the cities where it's good all day. The dancers are generally in the 7-8 range. It's a little bit of a "wanna dance" club when its crowded, but if you get there before the crowds the girls will take a minute or two to talk to you before trying to hustle. Couch dances are $25, and the mileage varies a bit. There's usually at least light grinding, but much of the time medium to heavy. You aren't supposed to touch, but many dancers will tell you its ok as long as you are careful (they have bouncers walking around to make sure you don't touch). The reason for this is that they seem to be pushing the VIP rooms. They run $400 for 30 minutes. I've done that before and there's definitely a lot more contact allowed, but not enough to make it worth while IMO. Plus, for VIP, the club gets half whereas the dancer keeps it all for couch dances. So, you could probably negotiate a little bit with the dancers if you keep that in mind, although I've never tried.
They have a daily happy hour with $10 dances and $2 drinks before 8. I've been to it before, and it helps a lot with the drink prices (1 drink minimum by the way and drinks are $6-$8 for beer when not in happy hour). The quality and number of the dancers goes way down, though, and they don't seem as interested in dancing at the happy hour prices. I was there for an hour and not one girl asked if I wanted a dance. A few more/better looking girls showed up closer to 8, but wanted to talk--probably to drag things out so you're ready for a dance right at 8 when the prices are higher. Still, if you push, I'm sure you could sneak a few in at the lower price.
