My friend and I had a late night downtown and ended up at this spot that stays open til like 4am or something. I think the cover was 5. Its a pretty small place. I would have to say there was some pretty cute girls there. No 10's but we were not expecting much considering the cover and the fact that it 3am. I decided to try a dance since they were only $10. I was not allowed to touch but the girl did a good job for Portland. I would probably come back if I happened to have another late night downtown but would probably not make a destination of the place considering Portland has much better and bigger clubs.
