While out of town I visited BSC on a Friday night. We got there around 12:15 and the place was packed. Pretty good looking women, but we had trouble getting a good seat. Shortly after we arrived the crowd started thinning out and I later discovered why. They can't do topless private dances after 1PM. Not sure if this is a city ordinance or club rule, but it was a bummer, because that's when I spent most of my cash.
