I visited XTC South recently and...

I visited XTC South recently and was generally pleased. The setup of the club is okay - the main room for some reason has quite a bit of seating with obstructed views of the central stage, and I recall the seating being packed tightly - more chairs are in that relatively small room than is completely comfortable, I guess for whenever they get crowded. There were under 12 patrons at a time there on the Thursday evening I visited, and about 6 dancers. Cover was $15.

The dancers did have some variety in height, ethnicity, body, etc and weren't disappointing - a mixed bag like you might expect, for example I found 2 to be adorable, 2 to be pretty attractive, and 2 only decent looking or 'not my thing' - none were completely unattractive.

On this slow-ish night a couple of the dancers stood out as particularly nice and wanting to chat a little, not all pushy about the dance offers. The others stopped by, offer a dance first thing, and moved on if the answer wasn't yes. Nothing wrong with that of course.

Dances were $20 (plus whatever you prefer to tip) - the dancers led to the darker back section of the room furthest from the stage for a lapdance, fairly intimate, and in one case especially enthusiastic.

My biggest complaint, at least one of the girls had their boyfriend/husband there, which is a pretty big turn-off for me. Probably pretty common, but again with a smaller crowd that sort of thing sticks out.
