Palace is a good-sized club with an upscale ambience. It has a large main stage and two smaller stages, one on either side of the main audience. There is a slightly elevated, darker section to one side and a VIP area upstairs, out of sight. There is an army of attractive waitresses and reasonably unobtrusive bouncers. During the afternoon/evening shift change the dancers are a little scarce, but once the dancers are in force, they start a 2-1-1 rotation -- 2 dances on the main stage, then one on the right stage, one on the left stage.

The dancers are very good looking and generally very friendly when you go to tip them. The stage on the right is a bit lower than the others and an ideal place to tip.

The private dance area is slightly secluded, but not private. The dancers give varying grindage, but generally pretty good. A few will do much better. When I was in the first week in December, there was a crazy dancer Jennifer -- glow-in-the-dark jewelry in her pierced nipples; can't miss her. I had fun with her, but I can't imagine she will last.
