Having visited the Mons Venus the night before, my sense of values is slightly askew, but I was pleasantly surprised by the action at the Lido on Saturday night. I was last there 6 months ago and the changes are dramatically positive. There was good energy from all the dnacers and the new VIP area was a very nice improvement over the old chair rail system. Every dancer was excorted between stages and the whole atmosphere was much classier than old. Dancer attitudes were real friendly and exemplified by one little girl, who looked like a plain schoolgirl in ponytails but made up for it with a lot of bouncing energy. Catalina would have been impressed with her enthusiasm. One dark-haired beauty was in much demand (a Sara Evans lookalike) and she looked like an A-ticket ride. All in all, a fun place to be a fly on the wall.
