I've been to most of the clubs in Portland and as far as I can tell, Jiggles gives the most consistently good lap dances. Not "air" dances like so many other clubs.

Some of my favorite dancers are Angela (big firm chest; doesn't like to ask much for private dances but always gives me a great $10 dance; you may need to seek her out) and Milan (a little pushy but at the higher end of the mileage scale)
