Working North of Atlanta for the next few months and needed to find someplace to hang out and relax. Found Rooster's through Metromix and had to stop by because of the name. $5 cover and everyone is patted down. The club can be hard to find because it's in the corner of a strip mall, behind Shooters. Inside the club is pretty nice, fairly open with the bar just inside the door and the stage coming out of one corner in front of the DJ booth. It is definitely a hip-hop/rap orientation and I was one of the two anglos, the other one working behind the bar. Everyone was cool and looking to have a good time. Met one dancer, Clarisse, who said it was her first day working, and spent most of the evening with her. Dances are usually $10, but there was a special and they were $5 all night long. One downside, I couldn't tell when one song ended and another began, so it seemed I always was "half" right. (wink, wink) But it's still a bargain at $10 a song. Basically a "hands off" policy, but I did see some flexibility around the room. Through the evening more and more dancers arrive so by the time I left there were at least 100 girls, to about 30-40 patrons. Contact was varied, based on my experience and watching, with more available to those that kept the girls busy for several songs. VIP is $150 for 30 minutes, didn't partake, but also didn't see anyone else using it, probably because of the $5 dances. Overall experience was very pleasant and I'll go back in a couple of weeks after the bank roll is built up to a reasonable level. On the whole, spent $150 over 3 hours, including drinks ($4 beers and a few drinks for dancers).
