I've visited Crystal City Restaurant about...

I've visited Crystal City Restaurant about a dozen times over the past six or seven years. As others have noted, due to Virginia location, pasties only, absolutely no touching. Most recently went on a Friday late afternoon. The quality of the girls has clearly improved over the years, now there are some legitimate 8s and 9s, and nothing below a 6, when they used to top out at about 7s and there were occasionally some chubby women you didn't really want to see naked. And perhaps because the no-touching rules are clear and understood by everyone, the atmosphere is much less gloomy or desperate than at other clubs where touching or more happens. The dancers are generally nicer than most other places where both the customers and the dancers often have ulterior motives. Some patrons even vouch for the food being worth eating, not just something to do while watching the dancers, although I haven't ever eaten there. It's essentially a neighborhood bar with some increasingly hot women.
